Neuroaesthetic Study on Masculinities – Global Call 2025–2026
The Wellbeing Planet Foundation (headquartered in Sharjah, University City, UAE), in collaboration with The Documentation Sciences Foundation (Spain–Latin America), announces the launch of a pioneering international study on the transformation of contemporary masculinities through aesthetic perception, emotional resonance, and conscious–unconscious narrative processes.
This project —scientifically led by Dr. Koncha Pinos— integrates emotional prosody analysis, facial expression mapping, symbolic–narrative assessment, and neuroaesthetic exposure to a curated selection of artworks and musical compositions.
The study will take place from December 2025 to May 2026, in both in-person and online formats, and in English and Spanish.
We are now opening a global call for institutional partners who wish to collaborate, expand the international sample, and contribute to a worldwide dialogue on new masculinities, emotional culture, relational change, and social transformation.
Institutions may contribute in two main ways:
Recruiting participants within their communities, countries, or networks.
Supporting the dissemination of scientific results after the study’s completion.
All scientific coordination, methodological design, ethical protocols, data analysis, and intellectual property will be fully directed and safeguarded by The Wellbeing Planet Foundation, while The Documentation Sciences Foundation will support participant recruitment and international diffusion, following international research ethics and data-protection standards.
